Meilleur hôtel super service merci pour tout ❤️💖

J’ai séjourné avec Lucas, tout est reprit sur son avis (photos incluses), réponse déplorable du propriétaire, du même niveau que leurs employés. Ne vous fiez pas aux avis 5 étoiles, ils sont faux, soit payés, soit des comptes Google du propriétaire, celui juste après le commentaire de Lucas (comme par hasard) intervient au même moment que la réponse à celui-ci. C’est un 0 pointé pour ce soi-disant « palais ».

The manager, Redoane, requested an unusual deposit of €1000, which I firmly declined because the room was already paid on booking. When he inquired if I had cash on hand, I was surprised, as such a request was unprecedented for me. I asked him what my options were if I chose not to make the deposit, and he abruptly stated that I would either need to provide it or leave. His attitude was unprofessional and quite rude for someone in a managerial position. He also claimed he would take responsibility if anything were stolen, which was entirely inappropriate. Furthermore, regarding the city tax, I had booked for two people but arrived alone. Redoane insisted that I pay for two, and when I agreed to use my card, he suddenly informed me that payment could only be made in cash. This felt deceptive, as I have always been able to pay city tax with a credit card. Lastly, be aware that the rooms are situated near the parking area, where loud conversations from the guards can be quite disruptive. The visuals provided don’t accurately reflect reality, so take note before making your booking. Low service and quality I highly recommend not going through their waste of money time and energy you can see even from the way he responded to the review it's very unprofessional.

Veľmi čistý, tichý hotel, skvelé raňajky, veľmi priateľský a pozorný personál

Úplne úžasná dovolenka, hotel bol čistý a priestranný. Personál hotela bol úžasný a raňajky boli chutné a čerstvé. Vrátil by som sa a strávil by som viac času pri bazéne.
