Very pretty large hotel with a few restaurants and buffets. Good: *Nice rooms *Impressive entrance *Large pool (but not heated) *Decent food (restaurant & buffet). Good pizza *Nice bar with alcohol drinks (Frank Sinatra Bar) - bartender is very lovely and welcoming *Apparently there is a mall nearby and the area is safe to walk during the day. *TV has a couple english channels *Nice gym Bad: *Manager is very arrogant and snooty. Doesn't mind talking about customers (laughing) with his staff. Guy in orange puffy jacket. This leads to poor customer service from some of his some of staff. They want international tourists & their money, they just don’t respect or value them! *Bath products basic *Hard mattresses *Showers with no curtains, soaks everything. Plus not disability friendly. *Freezing cold hotel as they leave the doors all open. *Cold pool, cold hot tub, gym closed for 15 days while there. Ugly: *2 tiny bottles of drinking water in your room. Hotel bans you from bringing in own water. Only want to sell you water which is against human rights. If tourists cant drink the water then it should be supplied.

Hôtel exceptionnel, on se sent bien dès l'arrivée à hôtel. Prise en charge par le personnel avec beaucoup d'attention et professionnalisme. Les buffets sont variés et colorés avec une très bonne qualité gustative. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propre. Merci encore une fois à toutes les équipes, l'accueil, le service, la cuisine et au directeur très humble et attentionné 🙏💞

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. On the third night of our stay, we realized that no towels were provided in our room. When we approached the staff for assistance, not only did they refuse to provide any towels, but they also accused us of stealing them. This accusation was both shocking and insulting, especially since we had been staying there for three nights without any issues. Instead of resolving the matter, the staff chose to blame us, which is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they improve their customer service and treat their guests with respect.
