Booked a room for 2 nights. Payed the deposit and everything… my reservation was CONFIRMED…. then on the day I drive for 4 hours and just before arriving to watamu I received an email that they have cancelled my booking. As I’m already almost there I decide to go hear with the reception what happened and they say “sorry but we are fully booked and had to cancel your booking” They couldn’t have done this before i drive 4 hours to get there ? I asked them, is this something you normally do. And they said yes….. not so great management
