Hotel Puerto de la Luz 

7 day stay, Holiday, couple. We liked the location, cause it's very central. What we didn't like was the weird humming noise in the 5th floor, for even the reception couldn't help after also maintaining the AC. As well as the general noise level, which was to be expected though. The hotel is closely situated to the GC-1, with a tempo limit of 80. Besides the humming noise, the noise level in the night was okay. I would recommend using earplugs. At the moment the hotel has some working sites, especially the missing wall (there's plastic) between the stairs and elevators and the breakfast area. Breakfast is fine, as a 3 Star Hotel breakfast it's 4 stars. For one day, one of the two very slow elevators wasn't working. The hotel has a very nice and friendly staff, they are trying to improve your stay and even offered us different room, because of the humming noise. The cleaning service was every day and they did their job very well. The sercotel puerto de la luz is google wise a strong 3 star hotel and would deserve, if all the maintenance is over, their general 3 star rating. I would recommend staying there as younger people and not that sensible to noise. Also they are relatively cheap.

Skromný hotel. Bol v plnej výstavbe. Dobre umiestnený. Veľtrhové izby

Pekné raňajky, útulný pocit, ale super hlučné. Dvakrát sme vymenili izby a posledná izba páchla plesnivou a hluk z ulice je zlý. Nevracia sa.

Somos clientes de la cadena Sercotel en España y a este hotel en concreto hemos venido varias veces y nos gusta mucho. Han cambiado la cadena y ahora se llama Pierre vacances y han reducido costes en el desayuno. El zumo de naranja natural lo han quitado y te lo ponen de bote que parece agua, la mermelada y el aceite antes era individual y ahora es de bote, las tazas del desayuno y los vasitos de zumo son mucho más pequeños que los que había antes, antes había tres clases de mantequilla margarina y ahora solo hay una y por último la tostadora nueva que han puesto el pan normal se atasca en la de antes se metía perfectamente,
