Perfektné miesto, milujem to 🤍🤍🤍

Izby sú dobré. Prichádzame do tohto hotela už desať rokov, ale bohužiaľ úroveň oproti minulosti klesla. Čistota a kúpeľne nie sú také, aké by mali byť.

I have always loved Al Raad Hotel and have visited many times before, but my recent experience was disappointing due to the unprofessional behavior of the customer service duty manager, Ramiz Tillawi. Unlike the excellent service I’ve come to expect from this hotel, he was extremely rude, lacked basic manners, and showed no real management skills. When I addressed his behavior directly, his only justification was that he was under stress—a completely unprofessional excuse for poor customer service. No guest should have to deal with rudeness or disrespect, regardless of the circumstances. I sincerely hope the hotel management addresses this issue, as it would be a shame for such a wonderful hotel to be let down by poor leadership in customer service.

Manažér služby ramiz tillawi bol k našej skupine hrubý a chýbala mu etiketa pohostinnosti, keď oslovoval jedného člena a úplne ignoroval zvyšok skupiny, aj keď sa pýtali! Neprijateľné a nehostinné! Hotelový personál a samotný hotel odvádzajú dobrú prácu a poskytujú efektívne služby.

Hotel je vynikajúci a služba je vynikajúca. Ďakujem bratovi Georgovi za dobré prijatie a elegantné zaobchádzanie
