Unusual unpleasant smell in the room floor's hallway and the shower water was slight cloudy and weird taste when gargled. Bed had a hair strand and stain on pillow. Luckily breakfast had plenty local options but porridge soup and kailo so very salty.

izby sú priestranné, čisté a voňavé... Toaleta je tiež čistá, len podlaha je veľmi šmykľavá. lobby je tiež veľmi voňavá a veľmi pekná. raňajky celkom chutné.. poloha hotela je v blízkosti nákupného centra, ktoré je takmer zatvorené.

Hi, i have put one star cause me and my husband were only happy with the staff during our stay in Horu. We found two cockroaches and lots of ants and a terribly smell in our room. Also, we couldn’t relax in our room cause the sound of the train bell was so loud. After that, we’ve informed the receptionist about all of these and she transferred us to an other room, better but full of dust. We cleaned the walls , the sign of the wall , the doors, all the surfaces , we sprayed the ants and we asked the cleaning staff to clean under the bed. They didn’t clean properly so we moved the bed to the side of the room to show them there is lots of dust and trashes under the bed area. Then they cleaned properly this area. The breakfast was ok but because of the ants around the surfaces , we struggled to enjoy it.
