My experience was disappointing due to several issues. Upon entering my room, I noticed a strong smell of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking area. This was quite unpleasant and unexpected. The Wi-Fi service was another letdown—it was very slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected for work or leisure. The elevator system was frustrating, with long wait times of up to 10 minutes. Once inside, the elevator stopped at nearly every floor, making the ride unnecessarily long. At times, walking the stairs felt like a more practical option, which shouldn’t be the case in a modern hotel. The hotel has its strengths, but these issues need urgent attention to provide a more enjoyable stay for guests.
