Wonderful hotel with an excellent location just outside the city, but a 10 min walk to the metro and 15 min ride to the city center. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and the concierge was super helpful with many places to eat and things to do. Lovely vacation stay will come again!

The hotel is very well located and the rooms are pleasant. The problem is at reception with a check-in that never ends, a mute and stoic hostess who comes and goes without ever giving you the slightest explanation. In short, you're not a customer but a problem.
