ALMOST PERFECT HOTEL: It is lovely. The rooms are clean and modern. Comfy beds, a fridge, nice balcony. We had a view of the main complex and could see a glimpse of the sea. The air con was a vital addition. Safe was available for free, just ask reception. The pool is bigger than it looks, only once or twice did it feel busy. At first the water is cold, but you'll appreciate when you want to cool down. Walking distance from the sea. The little bay next to the hotel is lovely. GO BUY BEACH SHOES ON ARRIVAL. There is a shop outside the hotel, you'll need the shoes to navigate the pebble beach. Once in the water, there is sand a few meters in. STAFF: Where to start. THEY ARE AMAZING. Josip, Anamarija and Ana do a wonderful job as the 'entertainment team'. Putting on activities during the day, from yoga, aqua-aerobics, darts, archery (LOVED THIS), table tennis and Croatian lessons. Then at night they will hold quizzes, the mini disco, dancing, karaoke and more. They are so friendly and take the time to sit and have a chat, giving their local knowledge and advice. Was so nice to get to know them. They are much more than just the entertainment. They are a credit to the hotel. Jorge, my man at the Omelette station. Serving up fresh omelettes every morning with a smile. Easily the best part of the restaurant. The bar staff deserve a medal. Quick obviously understaffed. You'll see them finishing late at night and there they are first thing in the morning opening up. Always with a smile. Mate (Ma-tay) - Lovely guy, clearly a mentor to the younger staff. He's friendly and makes you sing a song if you want a pina colada. Domagoj (sadly leaving) , Valentina (the life and soul of an evening) - loved watching her dance about, clearly enjoying herself. Andrea - always friendly, remembered my drink choice by the end. Every one of them are nice to guests, so make sure you are nice back. It costs nothing. DRINKS: The beer is average. Pin Zlatni is basically Carlsberg, if you like that, you'll be fine. Even I enjoyed a few during the day. An ice cold beer is lovely when it's 35+C. The cocktails are decent, they have a machine that adds the volume of mixer and spirit, so they are consistent. You can ask for doubles if that is more to your liking. I was told by my wife that the wine is horrible. Which is a shame when there are so many vineyards on the island of Brac. Now, the only negative. FOOD: It's bad. Let's no sugarcoat it. When you go all-inclusive you always expect around a 6 or 7/10, and sometimes the restaurant reached this level, but most of the time it was a five, even dipping to a three or four. The problem is, everyone at the hotel seems to know it too. Any other guests we spoke to said the same. What is most disappointing is the food is all cooked well. Whether it's beef, turkey or chicken, it's tender and cooked, the BIGGEST problem is it usually tastes of NOTHING. I don't think they know what seasoning is. Croatian night was shocking. Nothing Croatian about it. You wouldn't even have known it was Italian night, since there was pizza and pasta every night. The worst was Mexican night, which, considering the chefs are mexican, you'd think it would be amazing. But nothing had any spice to it. Some of the decisions at breakfast were utterly bizarre. No one wants the left over dinner from the night before and in our second week, they have started adding things like boiled vegetables and roasted chicken. One morning there was a BEEF JOINT. For breakfast. Come on guys. Most days for both lunch and dinner, you will find at least one thing you can eat. If not, especially for lunch, go to the snack bar. The pizza is better there and be it burgers, tortillas, or quesadillas and chips. It will keep you going. Overall, don't let the food put you off booking this hotel. Everything else makes up for it. Hopefully Maja, the manager, sees this and does something about the food. It's just lacking flavour, which should be easily fixable. Loved our two weeks at Tui Suneo, and we've already been looking at going back.

Hotel soliden tudi sobe. Hrana katastrofa kakor tudi storitev all ki je nihče ne razume

Na konci septembra sme zostali v TUI Suneo Supetar týždeň. Bola to zároveň naša prvá dovolenka s balíkom služieb v Chorvátsku. Let, transfer / kyvadlová doprava cez TUI fungovali skvele. Na letisku, na trajekte na Brač a aj na trajekte v Supetare bol priateľský pracovník TUI, ktorý sa o nás staral. Keď sme prišli do hotela, privítali nás veľmi priateľsky a mohli sme ísť priamo do našej izby. Naša izba bola presne podľa popisu, moderne zariadená, svetlá a čistá. Pohľad do záhrady/parku bol však obmedzený na obrovský olivovník, ktorý vyčnieval na balkón. Ale mali sme mini výhľad na more, ktorý sme si nerezervovali. Upratovanie izby perfektné. Malá chladnička na izbe, ak chcete udržať nápoje studené (v supermarkete vzdialenom asi 5). TV s niekoľkými nemeckými kanálmi. Celkovo je hotel jednoduchý, ale veľmi pekný, moderne zariadený a zodpovedá fotografiám od touroperátorov. Veľká zátoka, kde sa hotel nachádza, je fantastická, s kamienkovou plážou a vodou je čistá a priezračná. Za ležadlá na pláži sa platí, nie je to však bezpodmienečne nutné, keďže hotelové ležadlá majú aj výhľad na more a hotelový komplex je od pláže oddelený len malým múrikom. Jedlo bolo v poriadku a pre každého bolo niečo. Nepáčilo sa nám, že nealkoholické nápoje (kola, sóda) nechutili, pretože to bol len sirup naplnený vodou. Nemohli ste piť ani džús a shandy sa vyrábal s tonickou vodou. Pivo a víno boli v poriadku, ale tiež nie veľmi dobré. Skvelé bolo aj to, že cesta po nábreží do Supetaru, skvelého a veľmi krásneho malého prístavného mestečka, trvala maximálne 10 minút. Odtiaľ sa môžete trajektom vydať na jednodňový výlet do Splitu, čo je absolútna nutnosť. Prežili sme skvelú a pohodovú dovolenku aj preto, že koncom septembra sme mali naozaj šťastie na počasie. Veľa slnka, kúpanie v mori, nádhera. Pri odchode som si bohužiaľ zabudol v zákusku malú taštičku s mojou bižutériou. Potom som napísal e-mail priamo do hotela a čo mám povedať...tašku mi poslali domov! Veľká vďaka patrí Nine a Janovi Niejadlíkovi, bolo to od vás naozaj skvelé. Aká služba a to všetko za týždeň! dakujem pekne.

Pekný hotel, úžasný personál, priateľský a ochotný. Dobré izby, klimatizácia, všetko obvyklé vybavenie vrátane chladničky (požiadajte o rýchlovarnú kanvicu) Ale v jedle sa ešte nikdy nestretnete s tempurami, spolu s každým možným druhom teľacieho a bravčového mäsa. Všetko dobre varené a prezentované, ale všetko veľmi zvláštne. Supetar je príjemné mesto, najmä v neskorej sezóne, sezóna bude chaotická a preplnená, je veľmi obľúbený u Chorvátov a návštevníkov.

Izby, hotel, strava aj obsluha na jesene bohuzial zaplavia velke vyletove skupiny, kde jedalen pripomina bojisko a dovolenkovy pokoj je zrazu koniec, vo dne v noci vedenie hotela to robí Napriek tomu, že ignorujeme mnohé sťažnosti hostí, nemôžeme tento hotel odporučiť!

Ubytovanie , služby a personál na vysokej úrovni. Strava priemerná, každý deň skoro to isté, absencia stredomorskej kuchyne..( z rýb boli len presušené filety z makreli) Dookola ťažké mäsové jedlá na štave, pizza ... Čítať celú recenziu
