Doubletree by Hilton London - Docklands Riverside 

Come here for my 50th birthday... Thought I would pay a little extra.... Wish I never. Rooms tiny, hotel, away from the bar and restaurant areas, need work... Cold room. Paid for a better room with a balcony.. It's like a caravan, size and shape. Bathroom is so small the door touches the toilet.. Carpet stains. Not clean at all.. Remote for TV disgusting. The hotel is in need of renovation.. Just painted over woodwork so many times instead of replacing properly... No coffee machine either. States on Booking.com. Well maybe it's worded wrong and.. Coffee bags???? Awful.... Worst thing I've ever had. Now, I have to go find a decent coffee. I'm my birthday.. After having a hotel that's around £300 a night, What a joke... No coffee machine...... Oh, a kettle, coffee "bags" and a spoon... Guess that's a coffee "maker" And I have another night here big mistake coming here on my half century day 😔😭😞 Damp cold room... Only good thing is the balcony.. But it's November, so pretty chilly unfortunately.. I do not recommend whatsoever.. Stay away, unless you get it for a real low price Room 644 Edit 5th December After being contacted by the hotel, things sort of made where more positive.. They said they would refund half the cost and on out next visit we would have a proper upgrade.. But still waiting for the refund? Tried to contact them just being ignored now.. So adding that they are lie to customers to the review

The Double Tree Hilton is located in London. It’s on the West Side of London with a Water front View. The Hotel has a Water Taxi for the Guests.Customers are able to Make Reservations online in Advance.Customers are able to book or Pay online. The website has Reservations available for Weddings,Family Gatherings or Business Events.The Employees are friendly and checking in is a Breeze. The restaurant has Hot Food on the menu to Order. The Bar offers Guests the choice between inside or outside seating. Customers can order and have their Food /Drinks charges added to their Room. The Hilton Hotel takes Credit Cards,Debit Cards or Cash. The rooms are Fully stock and the Beds are Very Comfortable. We had a Large Flat Screen. We also were able to access Shows from the States.
