Grand Tourane Nha Trang Hotel recenzie 

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. I had a few issues at the beggining but team members tried their best to find the best solution. Seems their name / reputation and customer's satisfaction are their priority number one. Rooms are very clean and quite big, equipped with all you could possibly need during your stay. I would reay recommend it for your stay in Vietnam/ Nha Trang.

First of all, my heartfelt thanks to Ngoc – her kindness and genuine warmth instantly won me over and made me choose this hotel over several high-end options. She made me feel welcome from the very first moment. I’m also very grateful to Duyen – your friendly conversations and gentle presence brought so much comfort during my stay. But most of all, I want to deeply thank Nam. He went far beyond what anyone could expect from hotel staff, helping me with a difficult situation that I truly couldn’t have handled alone. Thanks to him, what seemed like a major problem turned into a moment of human kindness I’ll never forget. Nam, you’re incredible – I genuinely hope your team sees how much you do. You made a real difference. I’m really glad I chose this hotel for a longer stay – it turned out to be the right decision.

โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว สวย เงียบ อยู่ใกล้หาด (แต่ไม่ใช่โรงแรมริมหาดนะ) อยู่ใกล้ไนท์มาร์เก็ต welcome drink เฉยๆ แต่ตอนเด็กเสริฟเดินกลับเห็นหยิบแก้วที่เกินมากลับไปยกกินด้วย รู้สึกแปลกๆ นิดนึง (รู้สึกเหมือนไม่ควรทำให้เห็นน่ะ) ในทริปมีอีกคน comment ว่าผ้านวมห่มนอนดูมีรอยเปรอะเยอะไปหน่อย (เหมือนซักไม่สะอาดหรือไม่ได้ซัก ไม่แน่ใจ) อีก comment คือเตียงยวบไปหน่อย (รู้สึกแนวๆ เตียงน้ำ) พนักงานหน้า counter ให้บริการดี
