Extremely Disappointing Experience We recently had the misfortune of staying at liberty park view and was thoroughly unimpressed. The hotel's poor maintenance, uncleanliness, smelly due to lack of ventilation and customer service made for a disastrous stay. *Major Issues:* - *Filthy Rooms*: The room was dirty, with stained carpets and dusty furniture. - *Rude Staff*: The front desk staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. - *Noise Pollution*: The hotel's proximity to the main road made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. *Avoid This Hotel* Unless liberty park view seriously revamps its facilities and services, I would strongly advise not to stay here. There are far better options available in the same area. *Will not recommend.*

Discrimination Spoiled My Stay My New Year's Day at Liberty Hotel Ho Chi Minh was marred by an upsetting incident of discrimination. While journaling in the hotel lobby, I was confronted by an older security guard who told me I couldn't write in my notebook. This felt targeted, as I was not disturbing anyone. I believe this treatment stemmed from prejudice against my age, ethnicity (Indian), and perceived success. It's disheartening that such biases exist, especially from staff who should be focused on hospitality. This incident, unfortunately, tainted my impression of the hotel and even Ho Chi Minh City. I have reported this discriminatory behavior to the Vietnamese police and am pursuing this matter further. It is my hope that the hotel staff, including the security guard, are held accountable and receive appropriate training to prevent such incidents in the future. Discrimination has no place in the hospitality industry. Due to this experience, I cut my stay short and booked a flight to Hanoi leaving ASAP! I hope Liberty Hotel takes this seriously to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests, regardless of their background.
