The hotel condition and room condition was pathetic, the service and staff were extremely rude and service provided was of poor quality. We asked for two fork for which they were reluctant to send the cutlery, there was the power cut at hotel without any backup for hours for which they didn't compensated. Free breakfast food quality was extremely bad with no mention of the items name for people. Staff were not helpful and rude. Would recommend not to opt for this hotel at all

English Review We stayed at this hotel (Asian Point Center or something similar) in Ho Chi Minh City for just one night before heading to the airport. The experience was absolutely horrible. We booked it through Agoda because it had a 7.5 rating, so we thought it would be okay for a quick stay. However, we were not prepared for how disgusting it would be. The lobby looks beautiful, giving a false impression of a high-standard hotel. But as soon as we were sent to the fifth floor, it was like stepping into a horror movie. The wallpaper was peeling off, the paint on the doors was cracked and flaking, and the overall atmosphere was creepy. When we opened the room door, we were horrified. While they provided complimentary water bottles and coffee, the coffee cup on the saucer had two hairs on it and was covered in dust. The bathroom was filthy, with brown stains near the sink, mold in every possible corner, and a toilet seat that had clearly lived far beyond its expiration date. The yellowish, worn-out plastic made it look like it had absorbed decades of grime. There is a basic level of cleanliness one expects even from a budget hotel, and this place failed miserably. It didn’t even meet the standards of a hostel. The only positive thing I can say is that we checked the bed for bedbugs and found none. But everything else—from the dusty remote controls to the sticky, unclean surfaces—was truly disgusting. Additionally, while I understand the hotel may not be able to control certain activities, there was obvious prostitution happening outside and inside the hotel. This, combined with the state of the room, added to the overwhelming feeling of neglect and decay. This hotel is not worth even the lowest price. I would not recommend it to anyone. It’s a disgrace to the hospitality industry. Vietnamese Review Chúng tôi đã ở khách sạn này (Asian Point Center hoặc một cái tên tương tự) tại TP. Hồ Chí Minh chỉ một đêm trước khi ra sân bay. Trải nghiệm thực sự kinh khủng. Chúng tôi đặt phòng qua Agoda vì thấy điểm đánh giá 7.5, nghĩ rằng như vậy sẽ ổn cho một đêm ngắn ngủi. Tuy nhiên, chúng tôi đã không ngờ rằng nơi này lại tệ đến thế. Sảnh khách sạn trông rất đẹp, tạo ấn tượng sai lầm rằng đây là một khách sạn chất lượng cao. Nhưng ngay khi chúng tôi được đưa lên tầng năm, cảm giác như bước vào một bộ phim kinh dị. Giấy dán tường bong tróc, sơn trên cửa nứt nẻ và tróc từng mảng, không khí thì vô cùng đáng sợ. Khi mở cửa phòng, chúng tôi thật sự sốc. Dù có nước miễn phí và cà phê, nhưng chiếc cốc cà phê trên đĩa lại có hai sợi tóc và đầy bụi. Phòng tắm cực kỳ bẩn thỉu, với những vết bẩn nâu gần bồn rửa mặt, mốc ở mọi góc và bệ ngồi toilet thì đã cũ kỹ đến mức không thể chấp nhận được. Phần nhựa màu vàng đã xuống cấp nghiêm trọng, trông như nó đã “hấp thụ” cả chục năm bụi bẩn. Có một tiêu chuẩn tối thiểu về sự sạch sẽ mà ngay cả khách sạn giá rẻ cũng phải đáp ứng, nhưng nơi này hoàn toàn thất bại. Nó thậm chí còn không đạt tiêu chuẩn của một nhà trọ. Điều duy nhất tích cực là chúng tôi kiểm tra giường và không thấy có rệp. Nhưng tất cả những thứ khác – từ điều khiển TV đầy bụi đến các bề mặt bám bụi bẩn như nhựa dính – đều rất tồi tệ. Ngoài ra, mặc dù tôi hiểu rằng khách sạn không thể kiểm soát hoàn toàn các hoạt động xung quanh, nhưng bên ngoài và bên trong khách sạn có dấu hiệu mại dâm rõ ràng. Điều này, cộng với tình trạng của căn phòng, càng làm tăng thêm cảm giác bỏ bê và xuống cấp. Khách sạn này không đáng với bất kỳ mức giá nào. Tôi sẽ không khuyên ai ở đây. Đây thực sự là một sự sỉ nhục đối với ngành khách sạn.

Veľmi dobrý hotel, priateľský, vždy kam ísť. Najmä recepčná je veľmi roztomilá, vždy má veľmi dobré návrhy.
