I stayed two separate nights before and after a tour. The staff was very helpful, the room was well appointed and comfortable, and the breakfast was diverse. I can recommend this hotel wholeheartedly.

The staff are amazing. Breakfast was very good, lots of food options. The spa is wonderful, we had massages, facials, foot massage and manicure. All services were wonderful. The staff cannot do enough for you.

Super relaxed hotel op loopafstand van 'the old quarter'. Meerdere meerdaagse trips gedaan en ze hebben onder leiding van Sophie "onze kamer" steeds behouden. Geeft een thuisgevoel. Toprestaurant en gezellige skybar. Aanrader!!

A surprising and unpleasant services from the staff (especially the receptionists). The rooms quality is quite worn out (no where near the expectation from the photos). Felt like a scam!
