Very friendly and helpful staffs. The location is perfect and near to many attractions. Our family stayed 5 nights and we really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Pearl Hotel. Thank you to all the staffs, just want to mention Clark the first staff I met, what a wonderful personality, all the best.

This is a wonderful place to stay, right in the old quarter beside Hoan Kiem Lake. It’s a hidden gem located in a less busy side street. The rooms are very comfortable and the rooftop terrace has magnificent views. Very well maintained hotel with top service. Very well trained and friendly staff. My company awarded this hotel with the HMC International Hospitality Award 2024.
