This hotel is in a great location. Walkable distance from all the places around hanoi old quarter. Other than this nothing was good. Rooms are not like we seen in photos. Basic things like dressing mirror is missing. During our stay for 4 days, we had water leakage issue inside bathroom for 3 days. Because of which we had to use common washroom near restaurant area, even if we had a room in this hotel. They did not change the room niether did they fix it permanently. They weren't aware of the issue and tried giving temporary fix everyday, which did not work. Breakfast not upto the mark. Very limited options. By looking at this, i dont know how can someone call this a 4 star hotel. Very disappointed.

Výborná poloha a skvelý personál. Philip a všetci ostatní na recepcii boli veľmi milí. Poskytol mi transfer z letiska za nižšiu cenu ako Grab. Určite by som odporučil tento hotel v Hanoji.

Tento hotel sa nachádza len 200 metrov od známeho vlakového trhu, ale nie je to vôbec dobrý hotel. Izba bola jednoducho v poriadku. V umyvárni majú vaňu, ale nemajú miesto na sprchu. V noci som videl v mojej izbe švába. Jedlo je najhoršie špeciálne pre vegánov. Veľmi malá jedálenská hala

Čistý, mimoriadne priateľský personál. Veľmi lacné.
