Pohostinnosť a pozornosť Özge Hanıma v kúpeľnej hale bola skutočne dokonalá. Cítili sme sa veľmi výnimočne vďaka jeho priateľskému a profesionálnemu prístupu. Trpezlivo odpovedal na naše otázky a postaral sa o každý detail. Nemôžem sa dočkať, až sa vrátim do tejto privilegovanej atmosféry lodenice Rixos.

İstanbul'umuza yakışır bir proje. Otelin mimarisi, ambiyansı ve hizmet kalitesi oldukça etkileyici. Tüm personel çok ilgili ve nazik. Otelin içinde bulunan Velena restaurant manzarasıyla huzur veriyor. Özellikle gün batımı saatleri çok keyifli. Sıcak birşeyler içip kahve ve tatlı keyfi yapabileceğiniz gibi yemek yemek isteyenler içinde çeşitli alternatifler mevcut. Biz pizza tercih ettik. Pizzalar 750-850 TL, kadeh şaraplar 700 TL, demleme türk çayı 180 TL, türk kahvesi 250 TL, tiramisu 500 TL, %5 servis ücreti alınmakta. Belki bir etkinliğe denk geldiğimiz için çıkışta otopark için ücret ödemedik.

The stay in this hotel was pleasant. I would especially like to highlight Busra, who works in the guest relations department. Busra is extremely accommodating. She helped us during our stay and made our time in the hotel even better. Restaurant Velena has a diverse and high-quality selection of food. Everything that i tried was delicious. The service of all the workers is pleasent and I would especially like to highlight the waiter Tayfun, who served us during the morning buffet. He was fast and efficient in his service.
