Conrad Istanbul Bosphorus recenzie 

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I have booked and fully paid for a room full Bosphorus view with a king-size bed. After making us wait a very long time to check in. They said that they don't have this room vacant and that they only have partial view. Then, after this long waiting, they lied to me by stating that they did an upgrade to a full view, and here the photo attached (is it full view or partial?). I didn't have any other option but to accept because I just arrived after 12 hours travelling with a baby aged 2 months. This is now the standards of this hotel who don't deserve even half star for their bullshits. I will never recommend it to anyone. What a shame!
