This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The customer service is absolutely appalling - they didn't even bother to show us to our room. The room was nothing like the pictures. The sheets were stained and looked dirty, and the toilet smelled like sewage. Although we had booked a room with a view, it was actually on the basement floor and looked out onto some toilet bowls. As soon as I entered the room, I could smell a terrible dampness and mold, which made it almost impossible to breathe. I immediately left and went back to the reception to inform the staff about the problem. However, they offered no solution and sent us back, explaining that there were no other rooms available. We were forced to leave the hotel and start looking for alternative accommodation, which took us the whole day. Despite our attempts to get a refund, the staff showed no understanding or empathy. We traveled with our family and friends 700km to be misled by fake photos and information. The hotel address did not even match the one given in the booking and it was not close to the Grand Bazaar as stated in the description. The locals did not even know that this hotel existed. You can't imagine the shock we felt when we saw the conditions in the room: the smell of sewage and mold, no heating and probably even no hot water. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially when people travel such a long distance with children and families, and when they are offered such accommodation conditions. This was my biggest mistake in choosing a hotel, and I will certainly never repeat this mistake again.

Отличное место! Искали с супругом недорогой отель, но чтобы находился рядом с достопримечательностями. Выбрали этот отель. Так мы смогли пешим ходом обойти много достопримечательностей и не пришлось тратиться на транспорт. Номер приятный и вместительный для двоих: кровать просторная и удобная, есть стол, телевизор, кондиционер, шкаф с вешалками и прочие удобства. Номера убирают каждый день. Администрация приятная, чувствуешь себя как дома, все приветливые, всем помогут! Завтраки мы не включали в стоимость, хотели открывать для себя новые заведения, таким образом знакомясь с турецкой кухней! В следующий раз вернемся сюда снова, нам все понравилось!

Хороший отель, удобное расположение, до всех достопримечательностей идти минут 20-30.
