Veľmi dobré ubytovanie a reštaurácia. Mohlo by to urobiť s obchodom s občerstvením a možno aj s niečím pre deti namiesto toho, aby museli chodiť na priľahlú pláž Sahara. Trochu izolovaná oblasť vonku, kde nie je kam zablúdiť na zmenu scenérie okrem jazdy taxíkom do Monastiru. Personál veľmi ochotný s príjemným prístupom.

Acceptable, but would never return. Pros: the room cleaning services, room has a proper size and good sea view (I booked the room with “partial sea view”), gym has basic required equipment, close to the beach ( private) . Cons: based on the amount paid, the services are mediocre: in the all inclusive package all drinks and food are the cheapest and basic possible ( cheap wine, cheap draft beer) the food is plain and lacks flavour( I don’t mind the “recycling food “ since I think they are over cooking and is better to not have food waste) , if you want bottle beer of some above mediocre alcohol you need to pay) . If you book a 7 days trip you have the “ possibility” to have one dinner in one of the restaurants of the hotel. I had the uninspired idea of choosing the seashore and was a complete and horrible experience: after ordering I waited for 45 minutes to be served and they delivered the incorrect order requiring me to go and eat in the buffet restaurant. Also the spoons and glasses are unclean and “sticky” giving the sensation that you are dining in a cheap drive through. I am positive I will receive for this comment and auto response from the hotel management but honestly you need to start rethinking all the services you provide in order to still have customers.

Úžasný priateľský personál, najmä Sam & Naymar v animačnom tíme! Jedlo nie je dobré, nič horúce, pokiaľ nečakáte, kým sa uvarí na staniciach wok & pasta. Raňajky nevýrazné, jediná dobrá vec je pani omeleta, varí skvelé omelety a vždy sa usmieva. Oblasť bazéna je skvelá, čašníci sú milí a priateľskí. Celkovo sme mali skvelý pobyt, aj keď sme už mali dosť jedla formou bufetu. Reštauráciu La Luce & Seahorse si môžete rezervovať ako súčasť svojho inkluzívneho pobytu a jedlo je tu naozaj dobré, takže by som odporučil rezerváciu týchto reštaurácií ako zmenu bez chuti formou bufetu.

First time in Tunisia and we fell in love 🥰 Hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and amazing. We have been super happy with everything so far ☺️ Shout out to the animation team, big thanks to Neymar and Joe for being so friendly and welcoming, amazing skills at the boule Neymar! Kept us busy for hours! Would definitely recommend!

I'd firstly like to say a huge thank you to Nassira who was wonderful when we needed anything for our room. Her hospitality and kindness was great. The same goes for the two ladies on the doughnut and omelette stations. Our room was lovely although a couple of fixtures were loose; when unplugging the iron the wall panelling nearly came out! However, I am afraid to say that our overall stay was slightly disappointing. The reception staff seem to be totally unaware of what is going on - from not informing us about forms for breakfast on excursions, not giving water as we were only bed & breakfast, randomly saying we couldn't change our money at the reception. To be honest, as a south Asian woman who is Muslim I thought the staff would be lovely, but the group we were travelling in found that the reception staff were friendlier to European non Muslim travellers. Excursions were underwhelming and hyped by our TUI rep, we were also unaware that the excursion times included 4-6 pick ups from hotels. This meant on excursions we were on the bus for 4-6 hours with only an hour/1.5hr at El Jem& Karaouine respectively. Other guests from the same week had the same issues with the excursions, who had cancelled which we did too for Carthage on hearing that they were on the coach for 6 hours in the heat. Some with kids! Taxis were also another issue. Members of the group I travelled with had parents who stayed in this hotel, and quoted €5-7 taxis to Monastir and Sousse. When we went, quotes were €20-€30. We suspect the hotel is working with the taxi-men who sit outside and wait for guests to come out. We found that using the train was great, and going to the main road. Our return from Sousse for example was 20DN (less than £5!) but we were quoted €35 to Sousse by the taxi men outside. On one occasion we were stopped by the police in a taxi where the driver had to be questioned for some reason for other. For those who do not know the financial situation f- Tunisians, it is not like the UK. Therefore do not expe the roads and infrastructure will be UK-level: Hilton do not expect the same. We found that using the train was great, and going to the main road. Our return from Sousse for example was 20DN (less than £5!) but we were quoted €35 to Sousse by the taxi men outside. On one occasion we were stopped by the police in a taxi where the driver had to be questioned for some reason for other. For those who do not know the financial situation for most Tunisians, it is not like the UK. Therefore do not expect that the roads and infrastructure will be UK-level: Hilton do not really share this at all. We did get chased by two stray dogs until a taxi driver stepped in, just near the hotel gates on our way to the local shop for some snacks. Additionally, you only see photos of key landmarks on the website, which some may find underwhelming. However, I really loved my time out and about in the area, more so than in the hotel! It has been a positively eye opening experience for me. The food we got from authentic Tunisian takeaways was 10/10!! Much better than the restaurant food at the hotel. Alas, breakfast was always wonderful in the morning. We did try the Sauna and Steam in the Hammam (the ladies there were also fantastic!) and really enjoyed it. Do note, you have to pay for these treatments (£15 - steam/£30ish sauna pp), but well worth it. The pools are lovely, a bit cold. When we arrived the beach was quite dirty but on our penultimate day we were really pleased to see the beach had been cleaned and we swam in the wonderful warm water. Overall, I'd say this was more like a 4* hotel which whose reception staff need some serious training in customer service. The cleaning and kitchen staff, however, are wonderful and an asset to the hotel. I truly wish the best for them.

Lets start positive, cleaning staff amazing the rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard, bell man is a top guy to very nice and welcoming. Reception staff are okay but it seems busy and they seem over worked so id say that welcome aspect is not amazing. The hotel aesthetics are really nice. The food is very poor and i would say uneatable on days. The staff in the restaurant dont seem happy at all especially at breakfast. The overall hotel is clean even around the pool area so i give them that. Staff in the onsite shop and hairdressers are rude i feel they are not connected to the hotel so talk down at you not nice people in there at all. The location is bad there is nothing around the local shop is a 10 min walk and has nothing inside it, there is a shell petrol station also 10 mins walk but thats about it, to eat out you got to get in a cab, Over all defo not a 5 star hotel i feel the name HILTON is what people go for when visiting this hotel and the aesthetics but better off at the Iberostar Hotels and Resorts in Tunisia as you get a better over all service for your money.

Service exécrable comme la plupart du pays. Malheureux parce que c'est un beau pays et les gens sont gentils en général. Ils nous oblige à être arnaqué pour les taxis qui opèrent de façon illégal car c'est obligatoire de mettre le compteur. Ça coûte 10 dinars de Sousse à l'hôtel mais les taxis refusent de mettre le compteur ce qui est illégal et l'hôtel y participe. Évitez cet hôtel. Ils obligent à payer 30 dinars pour aller à Monastir ce qui est beaucoup trop, ça devrait être moins de 10. De plus il y avait un boucan au-dessus et l'hôtel n'a rien fait pour régler la situation.
