Comfort Inn & Suites recenzie 

I recently stayed at the comfort inn for the second time this year. It is the only hotel in Tobago that offers a true handicap friendly environment to its guests almost identical to being in a first world hotel . This is the sole reason I’ve chosen this hotel twice in a row. On both visits, I had an issue with the handicap parking spots provided by the hotel at the side entrance to the hotel. There are two spots clearly designated for handicap parking- both are in close vicinity of a door that takes you into the lobby/ elevator area which works out perfectly for me as I am currently ambulating with a cane. On this visit as well as my first- I was advised by security that these parking spots are the managers parking spots as one doubles as the electric parking vehicle recharging station. I spoke with security and management on my last day there and I hope that this ambiguity can be corrected. I am a strong advocate for proper handicap/ disabled facilities for persons who truly need it. The closest parking spot to the hotel should NOT be an electric recharging station while having a handicap symbol painted on the spot. In addition to this, these spots cannot “belong” to the managers or the hotel shuttle van in order to make parking easier for them or to ensure their cars are charged- unless they too are disabled and in this case more spots should be designated for handicap parking. Overall this is the only issue I’ve had at the hotel- an issue that non-disabled guests will not take seriously or be aware of and I hope that it will be corrected in the future.
