Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cet hôtel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis, particulièrement par Alessandro qui nous a partagé ses bonnes adresses. L'ensemble du personnel était cordial. Le petit déjeuner est assez varié pour satisfaire un grand nombre. La suite junior jaune et verte est grande, avec une petite salle de bain, mériterait d'être refaite. Elle était propre et très calme donnant sur la cour de derrière. L'hôtel permet de rayonner dans Venise tout en étant au calme.

This charming Renaissance palace is a hidden gem centrally located in Venice with a high level of personalized care for all guests. The rooms are well appointed. Our junior suite was massive with high ceilings, 2 balconies and views of a small canal. The marble bathroom floor is heated. The shower is both rainfall and hand-held with great water pressure. Large soaking tub in a room separate from the toilet. The television is visible from the tub. There is an in room coffee service with china cups and reasonably priced mini bar within a well lit cabinet. Quality linens. International breakfast buffet included with room cost. The location is a just a few feet from the Strada Nova, a quick link to the Rialto and all parts of the city. Plenty of nearby shopping including a COOP grocery store. Behind the hotel on the Fundamenta Misericordia there are plenty of restaurants and Bacari. Kudos to Alessandro and all the staff who provided professional efficiency with genuine friendliness and warmth. The level of care and attention to detail at this hotel is suberb.

Pobyt v hoteli bol úžasný, pozornosť bola vynikajúca. Alessandro je úžasný človek, veľmi zdvorilý, ochotný a pozorný počas celého pobytu. Božský hotel. Skvelá poloha a veľmi centrálna pre všetky obchody a reštaurácie. Úžasné 😘

Dôkladne sme si užili pobyt v tejto nehnuteľnosti! Jeho poloha je mimoriadne výhodná a je trochu mimo vychodených ciest, takže je kuriózna a tichá! Personál je veľmi milý a viacjazyčný, čo je obrovské plus! Hotel má dokonca vlastný prístav, vďaka ktorému je cestovanie do az vlaku, autobusu alebo letiska mimoriadne pohodlné! Alessandro tam bol väčšinu času na recepcii a bol informovaný, ochotný a veľmi milý. Vrelo odporúčame, aby ste tu zostali v Benátkach! !
