One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The staff were amazing super friendly and helpful. The Christmas decorations made me feel like a little kid loved it 😍 everything was a walkable distance from the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely book again 👍🏻

We enjoyed a FANTASTIC seven night stay at this hotel over the Christmas period. The hotel retains all the splendour of the original family's palace residence, complemented by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season and was perfect for exploring the magic of Florence. Highly recommended!

One of the best places we have stayed and the best for our trip to Italy. Conveniently located to the bus station and many of the attractions in Florence. The staff was top notch. Note that in the winter the balcony is closed but you can still access it, just no staff or bar attendant. I give them extra points for the holiday decorations! Oh yeah and the breakfast was amazing everyday.

Outstanding. The hotel is proactively helping their guests for everything. Before arrival they emailed me for asking any request for the stay. While arrival, a kind reception was given to us. Staying in this hotel will make your experience in Florence better than perfection.
