While this property, its food and location are stellar, service is PHENOMENAL at every level. From check in to checkout, we felt pampered and taken care of, and the concierge desk did its utmost to help us during a very busy season. We got a courtesy room upgrade as well so we wouldn’t have to change rooms, and it was so considerate and above and beyond! The chocolate winter theme was an extra special touch, icing on the cake. We can’t wait to bring our kids back here one day!

We had an incredible stay at the Park Hyatt Milan. Starting with check in, the room we booked was not available so they upgraded us into an even more spectacular suite. We were then delivered a welcome gift, and a treat for the Thanksgiving holiday. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, including the concierge who got us a reservation at a restaurant that was booked up online. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Náš pobyt v Park Hyatt Milano bol veľmi príjemný a pohodlný. Poloha je perfektná, nachádza sa hneď vedľa dómu. Zamestnanci boli pozorní a nápomocní. Odpočítal som hviezdu kvôli silnému zápachu bielidla v miestnosti, ktorý nezmizol celé hodiny.
