Miralago B&B and Apartments recenzie 

Ak chcete malú izbu s komármi a platíte za klimatizáciu, ste vítaní, zostaňte tu... Nikdy som nevidel, že by bol personál taký hrubý, nezdvorilý a agresívny. Mám veľké skúsenosti s cestovaním a toto miesto je na tak krásnom mieste, takže toto je prvýkrát, čo som dal za ubytovanie iba 1 hviezdičku. Nechápem, ako majiteľ nemôže vidieť, že veľa recenzií má rovnakú námietku. Namiesto toho, aby ste počúvali hostí a boli zdvorilí, jednoducho napíšte všetky tieto nechutné odpovede. Nemyslím si, že zamestnanci tohto miesta môžu podnikať. Áno, ako som už povedal, nič sa nezmenilo... Podľa všetkých komentárov, ktoré čítam, je táto žena (ktorá je drzá a odpovedá na všetky zlé komentáre) naozaj psychicky chorá!! Ľudia, prosím, ignorujte toto miesto! Pošlem reklamačný list do rezervácie, dúfam, že niečo dokážu. Inak turisti nemozu mat vlastny nazor, tato chora pani si to bude vycitat na kazdeho sam :(

Hemos estado alojados solo una noche en este hotel! Debo admitir que uno llega con algo de miedo luego de leer las reseñas, pero si bien algo de verdad hay en ellas, también hay que admitir que la gente a veces no respeta que está en un hotel donde hay normas y debe cumplirlas! También es cierto que el precio es bastante más económico que otros hoteles de Bellagio y es normal que se tengan menos comodidades! Yo por mi parte, agradezco que nos hayan dado una habitación con vistas al lago cuando habíamos pagado la más económica, es un detalle que valoro (porque si bien, obviamente la habitación ese día estaba libre, podrían habernos dado otra que no tenga la vista que tenía la que nos dieron).

Tu je niekoľko hesiel, ktoré by som zverejnil pri vchode tohto miesta :) “Tam, kde zákazník nemá nikdy pravdu” "Na krásnom mieste, ako je toto, je ťažké uveriť, že niekto môže byť nešťastný, ale urobíme, čo bude v našich silách" Kupujúci pozor. Dostanete to, za čo zaplatíte. Ste na krásnej talianskej dovolenke: zaplaťte o niečo viac a zostaňte niekde inde. Plusy: Pekná lokalita ďaleko od turistickej oblasti, veľmi čisté izby, krásna záhrada Nevýhody: Mimoriadne štipľavá hostiteľka, z ktorej postoja sa cítite nevítaní (zabavte sa a prečítajte si ostatné recenzie a jej škaredé odpovede, vrátane tejto. Ako môže byť niekto taký nešťastný v raji, akým je Bellagio mimo mňa), najmenšia sprcha, akú ste kedy videli (aby ste ju mohli použiť, musíte byť malý gymnasta), raňajky sú navyše, klimatizácia je 10 EUR na deň. Teplo je našťastie zahrnuté na 1-2 hodiny večer, ak navštívite v chladnom období. Neexistuje žiadna zvuková izolácia, môžete jasne počuť všetko, čo vaši susedia hovoria a robia, a myslím tým všetko... a môžu to aj oni. Atmosféra izby je prísna a biela, pripomínajúca sanatórium.

Stayed here our 2nd and 3rd nights in Italy. It's a quaint little place with the emphasis on little. The room is tiny. The bathroom is extremely tiny, only 1 person at a time can get in there and the shower must've been made for a very skinny dwarf. And whilst it is in a good location to get to if you don't have a car then don't bother. It's not that far from Bellagio Ferry Wharf but it's a difficult walk, even when taking the "shortcut" going up and down cobble stone steps and walkways. It is impossible to carry luggage on the walk. Then sadly when we got there, we found the landlady to be the grumpiest and most unhelpful host of a B&B during our entire 3.5 weeks in Italy. And whilst mentioning breakfast, you have to pay for it. It is NOT included in the price. Nor is air conditioning. She charges 10€ a day for the a/c. This was THE only place we stayed at in the entire country that charged for breakfast and charged for air conditioning. We asked a couple of times for assistance with the luggage back down to the ferry Wharf for when we were leaving and all she was prepared to offer was directions to the bus stop to go to Como. In the end I convinced the cleaning lady to drive us and our luggage down, a mere 6 minute drive, but had to slip her 20€ for the help too! My advice, DO NOT stay here.

We arrived here after over 2 weeks of travelling to a very cross looking lady watching out of the door. Genuinely thought we were accidentally at a private address. Anyways, we were at the correct location and upon checkin (which felt like it was a problem to be honest) she asked for the €8 city tax, which was obviously not a problem for us but we genuinely had no cash so offered to pay by card which was a clear no no. She then proceeded to tell us that we could only check in if we went ti the cash machine straight away to pay her. I mean it’s not a problem but give people a bit of time to get organised 😂 Room was very very clean, so no problem at all there. It’s in a great location, handy to walk to bellagio and a very seanic area! When we were leaving we had to walk up a steep hill with a lot of luggage because of the limited drive zone, So I really kindly asked if possible could we get help with our bags or would it be possible to put them in the car to help us up the hill (I would of done this for anyone to help) but it was a clear no. All in all the stay was lovely apart from the woman who just doesn’t want you in the B&B 😂 Would return because of good price, location & clean nice rooms. ** please note the lads has replied & we of course did pay the city tax on the night we arrived (after we walked back from dinner, we paid the other lady that was at reception upon arriving back, and she was lovely. Also paid €20 for aircon. Also we checked out at 10:38 am - 8minutes late, checkout time in at 10:30. Also I’ve noticed she replies to everyone’s honest comments with angry comments so clearly it’s a pattern.
