B&B HOTEL Verona recenzie 

Abbiamo pernottato 2 notti in questa struttura poco fa, servizio ottimo e personale davvero gentile e cordiale. Camere nuove, pulite e con tutti i comfort! 😊 Assolutemente consigliato.

Very displeased with how we were dealt with by the reservations department for this hotel. We had booked TWO rooms for two nights each for our family vacation for July 27 & 28 (2022) in November of 2021 through Bookings.com. Received notice 10 days prior to stay that the Hotel could not confirm the credit card for ONE of the rooms though the same card was used for BOTH rooms. Immediately confirmed in writing through Bookings.com that all credit card information was correct. Received email the next day that B&B Hotel Verona had cancelled ONE of our rooms due to the credit card “issue”. Immediately reached out to the Hotel directly and they rudely informed us that they had already given away one of our rooms. Their feeble excuse was that they tried three times to verify credit card but were unsuccessful yet they had no problem verifying the exact same card for our 2nd room. We carrying a near to $0 balance on the card with a generous credit limit so obviously the card was not the problem. Other than complete incompetence, I can only imagine that they OVER booked themselves but did not have the professionalism to admit their mistake and tried to fault blame onto their customer. We ended up cancelling our 2nd room with them and rebooked with a better hotel for less money. We did not appreciate the rude treatment and stress they created after we had trusted them to hold our reservation for our family vacation for over 9 months. Very disappointing and would not trust them with your valued vacation plans. Extremely unreliable and unprofessional booking process. Do not recommend.
