Great hotel with great service! I had vacation with my mother in April 2025. Our flight was delayed, so we arrived later than planned. We were greeted very warmly and with a smile at the reception! They upgraded us for free and gave us a room with a partial sea view. This immediately improved our mood! The room is spacious and everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Very cozy and comfortable. There are shampoos, shower gels, soap, hair dryer, slippers, ironing board and iron. Everything is there and everything is in abundance. The windows are very well thought out - if you like to sleep with the windows open, but do not like insects - this hotel has a special mosquito net. The beds are cozy, the mattresses are soft, the pillows are also soft. We took half board. Breakfast and dinner. The food is wonderful. Everything is tasty and varied. In honor of Easter, there were even painted eggs! It is very nice that the hotel staff thought of even this moment! Lots of fresh fruits, desserts, meat. April 24 was an evening with Russian food! It was divine. Tablecloths with nesting dolls, red fish, a variety of cheeses, honey cake, pelmeni, cutlets! There was even borscht! The sea is wonderful. There are high and low tides. The beach is sandy. The water is clear. There are always towels, sunscreen and water on the beaches. 1-2 times a day they give fruit ice. The pool and the area around it are very relaxing. The beach lifeguards are very friendly. They lay out towels for guests, help move umbrellas and sun loungers. There are sunscreens SPF30 and after sun. But the sun is strong, so it is better to bring your own and SPF50 or more. There is a gym that is open around the clock. I visited it in the morning and in the evening. There is refreshing water with cucumbers and lemons, as well as green apples. If you have a late check-out, the hotel offers a luggage room. There are showers and changing rooms. The entire staff is very helpful! The restaurant staff, those who clean the rooms, the staff on the beach! I especially want to thank supervisor Sadam. He was always interested in how is our vacation going on and was very attentive! I also want to express my gratitude to the wonderful girl Alie, who checks the room numbers of people who go to the restaurant. This girl has a phenomenal memory! She remembers room numbers, names and absolutely everything that you like. Therefore, you can safely expect that 1-2 days after your arrival, the restaurant staff will immediately bring you your favorite drink - because she has already remembered your preferences and ordered it for you. I would also like to note the friendliness of Katerina, who checks the room numbers at evening meals. A very nice and kind employee. I don't know and don't remember all the names of the staff, I only noted those who filled up, but I want to say that everyone gives it their all and treats their work with soul! A very wonderful hotel! I recommend

Mali ste fantastický čas na pláži Vida! Hotel je krásny, služby boli vynikajúce a plážová atmosféra bola jednoducho dokonalá. Špeciálne poďakovanie patrí Syedovi za zorganizovanie úžasnej zábavy pre mňa a moju rodinu – vďaka tomu bol náš pobyt skutočne výnimočný. Vrelo odporúčame!
