We booked the over water villa and it was lovely overall. However, some facilities were not operating as it should but thankfully there was other things to enjoy. Zain was absolutely amazing in responding to our queries and concerns. He took amazing care of us and made our stay nice and comfortable. He took the extra mile to get us a late check out to enjoy our stay even more. Special thanks to the massage therapist Sue who was so sweet to make me a hand crafted birthday card once she learned that I was there to celebrate my birthday. Overall the staff were great. However, I wish the pool heater functioned better as the weather was cool during the night and we were’t able to enjoy our private pool.

A truly stunning 5-star resort in Ras Al Khaimah, offering a charming and peaceful landscape that makes for a perfect getaway. The beach was serene and incredibly relaxing, and the overall service throughout the resort was exceptional. It has a very well equipped fitness center. The breakfast at the main restaurant was a highlight—delicious, with a rich variety of high-quality options. A special thanks to the outstanding Duty Manager, Saida El Harrouz, for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She went above and beyond to address our concerns and accommodate our requests in such a thoughtful and efficient manner. Her dedication truly elevated our experience. We are already looking forward to returning to this incredible resort to enjoy its beauty and hospitality once again!
