I had an extremely poor experience at this hotel. The room is not cleaned well and customer service was terrible from the start. - The apartment was very dusty and dirty, with no change of bedding or towels. - The kitchen was missing essential utensils, and the kettle was rusty, making it difficult to use. - The microwave wasn’t functioning initially, and the toaster was completely broken. - The cleaning staff only emptied the trash and mopped the floor – nothing more. - The bathroom was in terrible condition, with stained tiles and an unpleasant bathtub. The smell was unbearable. - They had a specific time for providing essentials, and towels were only available at 8 PM. Our air conditioner wasn’t working after 6 PM, and when I called reception, they said maintenance had already gone home. I also accidentally left my gadget charging under the desk upon checkout. I called the hotel on the same day to claim it, but it took them 4 days to “check,” and they kept promising to update me but never did. After calling multiple times on the 4th day, they finally told me that room service didn’t find anything. After a 7-night stay, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very Cooperative staff, we booked a studio for a month, and they put us in a 1BHK, the facilities are clean and parking is always available.

First time here and im very disappointed. Bed sheets were filled with dust and hair strands. I will never book this hotel again. I wanted to write more but i think it is a waste of time.
