The spa experience at The Address Downtown is absolutely incredible. The ambiance is so relaxing, and the amenities are beautifully designed. What really stood out, though, was the friendly and attentive staff who made the visit even more special. I’d like to give a special mention to "Sarmad", he was not only super helpful but also so genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the whole experience unforgettable.
