Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life in a hotel due to excessive sound that makes it impossible to sleep on the 2nd floor, it went on until 4:20AM Front desk service was very kind and courteous but this could not make up for the awful experience - booking this hotel as an opportunity to sleep from commuting for 15 hours straight was a massive mistake on my part Edit: the supervisor could not refund me for a night but they upgraded my room due to the inconvenience - with that said, I was still able to hear the night club until 4:30AM the night after from the 5th floor, I was awake though so it was not loud enough to impede my sleep but it must have been awful for the guests on the 2nd and 3rd floor The rooms in general here are quite nice for the price however, but if you can’t secure a stay at a higher floor good luck with resting - it’s a shame too because the service is impeccable

Had very good experience at hotel signature and special thanks to the staff Pruthviraj who made sure the rooms are very well cleaned and we get best service. All thanks to him.
