We had an overall excellent experience at the Marriott Harbour Hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the entire team. I’d like to highlight a few team members who made our stay particularly memorable, although I regret not catching the name of the incredibly kind gentleman who checked me in—his name started with a “V” if I recall correctly. Special Mentions: Jamila: A heartfelt thank you to Jamila for organizing the most thoughtful and heartwarming welcome gift for Sully. The personalized tent, handwritten card with his photo, cakes, and props were simply above and beyond. It was a perfect example of Marriott’s dedication to creating unforgettable guest experiences. Jhon Cabrera: Another standout team member who contributed to our pleasant stay. The room upgrade with full views of the Palm was absolutely beautiful and very much appreciated. Though we barely spent much time at the hotel due to a packed schedule, we did notice a few things: 1. The breakfast was decent, though not particularly outstanding. 2. The room was spacious and comfortable, but I must note that the housekeeping quality fell short of expectations. I believe the team can certainly do a better job maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms. On a positive note, the pool was great, especially for kids, which added to our enjoyment. Thank you again to the team for their kindness and efforts. With a few improvements in housekeeping, this could easily become a flawless experience.

Great hotel! From its prime spot on the Marina to the open rooms, cleanliness, and hospitality, everything was perfect. Special thanks to Jamila, Guest Relations Officer, for making our anniversary celebration so memorable. She went above and beyond by thoughtfully decorating and personalizing our apartment with photos, champagne, and other special touches that we’ll cherish forever.
