We enjoyed stay at Hyatt place . Room cleaning service was very good with supportive staff like Vandana , Raju and Rezwan. Breakfast provided was really nice.

The experience was definitely less than average as we were checked-in by a guy who doesn't really want to work so he's doing his job very slow and with attitude. Once we reached the room the bed was disgustingly dirty so we asked them to change the sheeta and the bed itself was even worse as shown in the picture attached
