The customer service was outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us. I was very impressed with their service. Huge thank you to all the staff of flora creek deluxe room.

Over all experience of the Stay was great. Specially the staff behavior and service was exceptional. Especially Abu Bakkhar's service was so great. You can feel like you are staying in your home. Not like a hotel. All the staffs starting from room cleaning, reception, restaurant nice service. In next visit also we plan to stay here. Just a suggestion in our room we cannot access balcony from bedroom. But we can access from Hall. If we can access from Bedroom we feel more enjoyable. Please implement if possible.
