Hotel Playa de la Luz recenzie 

It's a lovely hotel, clean rooms and beautifully landscaped and right on the Atlantic. However, the food for dinner was very ordinary. The wifi in our 9 rooms isn't working well and we need that as a requirement for our business.

Terrible experience at this substandard hotel with awful food and noisy entertainment. Cleaning lady took my brand new last generation Apple AirPods (280 euro!) with the sheets. Find my app showed them clearly at the hotel, then at their external laundry services. When I contacted the hotel to demand the AirPods back (several times) telling them exactly where they were down to the street address. they didn’t take any action to get them back or against the laundry services. I had to contact the laundry company which first denied it had the AirPods and then, after several calls, returned a dirty battered first generation model. So they clearly lied on the first place and then again. When I told the hotel again, they refused to force the laundry services to return them. Not a safe place. Jesus Lopez: You DID NOT take care of the matter. Saying you "called" the service is NOT taking care of the matter. Forcing your provider to RETURN the Airpods IS the proper course of action. This is unacceptable costumer service. It's YOUR responsibility to take action, especially when there was CLEAR proof that showed clearly that the Airpods were at their location and that the owner of the Lavanderia La Colada acknowledged their existence to then return an old model. He should have taken responsibility and you should have forced him to be honorable.

S priateľkou sme tam boli od 6. do 8. decembra 2024, aby sme sa zúčastnili svadby, ktorá sa tu konala. Poloha je dobrá, priamo na pláži, aj keď veľmi ďaleko od centra Rota (pol hodiny chôdze), takže je vhodné prísť autom. Keďže ste tak ďaleko, v okolí nie sú žiadne bary, kde by ste si mohli dať raňajky, takže musíte zostať pri raňajkách formou bufetu. Izba bola trochu stará. Je zrejmé, že hotel potrebuje renováciu, pretože nábytok vyzerá opotrebovane. V našej izbe (347) nefungovali dve svetlá, to pri vchode a to na ľavom stolíku. Svadobná oslava bola dobrá, pozornosť personálu tiež, preto som dal trojku namiesto 1 alebo 2. Cena bola tiež dobrá (60 eur za noc), aj keď je to kvôli svadbe. No tak, dobrý hotel na oslavu svadby, hoci prísť sám, neodporúčam.
