Worst melia I have been to. The Level experience was poor, Rooms and hotel are dated, unclean, and need refurbishing. At no point was there any clean crockery or cutlery and the half board evening meals were the same below average standard lukewarm food. Non of the english TV channels worked for those who that matters to. There are better hotels all around, not asking as much money or pretending to be something g they are not. Adults only - BCL Levante is way better. Cheap and cheerful with kids - go to Flamingo next door, better all round and fantastic food. Something a little more - Presidente is much better. And if you must stick to Melia brand then go further afield to Melia Villaitana, they do proper Level experience. Avoid this hotel, you will not regret not going, but you will regret going
