Unacceptable Handling of Lost Engagement Ring I had an overwhelmingly disappointing experience at this hotel. I accidentally left my engagement ring on the nightstand in my room and realized it was missing shortly after leaving. Despite being 100% certain it was left there, the hotel staff claimed they couldn’t find it. This has been devastating, especially as it happened right before Christmas, making the loss even more emotional and difficult to process. While I understand personal items are my responsibility, the lack of transparency and accountability from the hotel was incredibly upsetting. Losing such a sentimental item and feeling dismissed by the staff has made this experience unbearable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable establishment.
