After being their frequent guest, thats how they appreciate regular customers , giving noisy rooms without even notification.
Recommending to choose another hotel,air conditioning not working, no access to the beach, limited menu choice…..Total torture after having 20 hrs flight.
Even through the hotel is not fully booked they complicate the reservations to the point that you are all puzzled up, you check out and go stay at another hotel. Non refundable as well
