Úžasné, môžem len odporučiť!!

Všetci zamestnanci boli vynikajúci. Od upratovačiek izieb cez recepčných až po čakajúci personál, každý mal úsmev a priateľské slová na našu skupinu. Naše izby boli veľmi čisté a pohodlné a zahrnuté raňajky formou bufetu boli skvelé. Bolo príliš veterno, aby sme mohli použiť vonkajší bazén, ale vnútorný bazén bol v poriadku, aj keď trochu bez duše. Hotel bol plný, ale rozmiestnenie v troch budovách znamenalo, že sa nikdy necítil preplnený alebo príliš zaneprázdnený. Všetci sme si užili pobyt.

V tomto hoteli sme boli už druhýkrát a stále sme veľmi spokojní. Hotel je dobre umiestnený, prostredie je veľmi príjemné. Byt bol čistý a dobre vybavený. Raňajky sú skvelé, s veľkým výberom.

Krásne umiestnený hotel, ktorý sa nachádza v troch budovách. Najnižšia je C, na druhej strane cesty, kde sa nachádza aj reštaurácia, wellness, záhrada a bazén. Odtiaľ si môžete vychutnať nádherný výhľad na oceán. Raňajky sú úžasne bohaté, čo nie je, neexistuje. Personál je nápomocný. Nemyslím si, že vybavenie je retro, nie je najnovšie, ale je úplne v poriadku. Neďaleko sa nachádza nákupné centrum Forum, kam sa dá najľahšie dostať z horného vchodu budovy A.

Just returned from our annual month long holiday at this lovely hotel. The management and staff go far and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. A special thank you to Fabio, all the restaurant staff including the restaurant manager, the bar and kitchen staff for your care and kindness shown to my husband due to his mobility problems. The menus were different this year, the breakfasts as usual were plentiful, a great choice too. The evening buffet was well presented and cooked, delicious, plenty of options. Well done. Must not forget to thank the domestic staff, all courteous and efficient ladies. We look forward to spending November with you all again next year. A great big thank you to all.

Wir wurden von einer Drohne gefilmt auf dem Balkon von einem anderen hotelgast, trotz unserer Reklamationen war allgemeines schulterzucken die Reaktion des hotel managers. Unverständlich

Good sized rooms kept immaculately clean by a very conscience housekeeping team. As was the complete hotel. All staff without exception were friendly, helpful and efficient. The food in the buffet was varied, and tasty, with plenty of things to choose from, and staff there were very good at keeping things moving, topping up dishes as soon as they became low, and clearing tables as soon as they were finished with. The outside spaces were tidy and clean with some lovely views, and the indoor pool was warm, and not too deep, which for me was nice, as I am not much of a swimmer, the water coming just up to my chin at the deepest point.. ( I am 5 ft 5 inches tall) overall the hotel was very clean, with a calm,relaxed atmosphere, and I would be more than happy to return.

Ein super Hotel,alles bestens! Sehr gutes Essen,gute Busverbindung nach Funchal Zimmer gut top Personal, nur eines stört mich..... Bei einem Top Büfett,sehr gutes ausgefallenes Essen,musste ich vor dem Essen zahlen,das geht ja gar nicht Sonst nur zu empfehlen!!!
