Pains me to write this review because my husband and I have been coming here for years, even before it was Sheraton and was Viva Marina. We had a below average stay here this visit and were unsatisfied with the level of service. First off - if you book a room with breakfast, screenshot the confirmation because the conf email will not show whether or not you did, and then on arrival you’ll be told that you didn’t book breakfast. This has happened to us for the last two years in a row. They charge you a resort fee for “free WiFi” (which we have already because of our Marriot points), parking (they have like an acre of parking, it’s not Chiado) and some discounts on attractions in Lisbon that no one wants to see. The last night we were there we were woken up around midnight by someone transporting food service carts from an event that let stuff fall off of it (it was so loud that we thought it was our kid falling out of bed and knocking over a nightstand). One day they only restocked our room with decaf coffee and we had to call 3 times to get them to bring caffeinated coffee. Every morning there was construction next to our room. We checked out today and 4 hours later our card got pinged for minibar consumption - we’ve never consumed for a minibar in our lives. We had a room with a full kitchen and we have two toddlers so we bring our own food everywhere. We would have zero reason to eat $12 worth of … checks notes…RAISINS. For $410 a night just get an Airbnb.

A nice resort 10 minutes drive from Cascais beach and stone’s throw away from a golf course A good place to relax and rejuvenate
