Breath taking view, friendly and professional staff(the best service is that you won’t notice that you need a service), room wasn’t too fancy but elegant. The welcome drink on the terrace was a nice touch. Breakfast ordered à la carte was tasty. But there was no gym nor Spa(they do offer access to their gym in their other hotel in Alfama).
