Dropped off by our pre-booked transfer nowhere near the place and then once we'd finally found it, was told we'd have to go and fetch the keys from another complex. The man in reception was completely unhelpful and gave us a poorly photocopied map that sent us on a route march around the town in the midday sun. When we got to the other place, we were told we could stay there instead and thankfully we did!
