Spent 2 weeks at this hotel Nov/Dec. The service was absolutely excellent. Staff in all areas went above and beyond expectations. The location is great to walk throughout centro. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Hotel somewhat dated given its age but very clean and housekeeping was stellar. Would return without hesitations.
