Riu Club Jalisco recenzie 

Short review is: we felt there were some great positives but also some negatives that made this resort extremely average. As a group that values good food, drinks, and engaging entertainment/activity staff, this wasnt a terrible stay but not remarkable either. We likely won't be picking a RIU property for our next stay. Long review is: Really enjoyed the RIU app for knowing activity/event schedule, restaurant/bar hours and requesting items for your room. Rooms were clean and turned over daily. An all-inclusive stay was relatively affordable and if you have children in your group, I think this is a great spot with a lot of kid friendly zones and kids specific activities. There are a lot of options for food but it's majority buffet style, with a couple spots that do entree table service. Which again, might cater well to kids. Food overall was the worst part of the resort for me and my friends/family. It was mostly bland and unimpressive. Our favorite spot was the Asian restaurant because it was the only cuisine that seemed to have any note worthy spice and flavors. Also had the best options for our vegetarian members. Staff was friendly and nightly entertainment was not bad and offered variety night to night. Live music segments played the same songs often on their different days though and the disco onsite there that opens at 11pm had a terrible smell to it (it's right next door to the most used public bathrooms on the resort). Every night they do offer shuttle service to PV to attend a different in town night club though. Beach is nice and easy access. Overall we did not have a bad time, but will most likely not be back to a RIU for a while. Thank you nonetheless!

We were having a good time when we got here. Everything was ok till the 2nd day of our trip. When we went out to the beach all day and came back to the hotel room. It was all refreshed but 1 pack of my cigarettes went missing. I'm pretty sure the housekeeper cleaning person stole it out from my bag. I will not be coming back here. I feel violated that they would go thru my personal belongings in my room and steal from me. How can we feel safe or comfortable here for the rest of our trip?
