La fiesta de espuma estuvo padrísima, ojalá la hicieran más veces a la semana. La animadora Karlita de animación muy amable y atenta!!! Todo el servicio y la comida buenísima! La zona de la playa, excelente

Lo que más me gustó del hotel es el evento fiesta de espuma, estaría muy bien que lo hagan más seguido, conocí a Karla de animación y es muy buena onda y todo el personal de animación

Vacaciones súper bien con los chicos de animación. Saludos Karla .. súper padre la fiesta de espuma deberían de hacerlo diario . Bien punto para ellos. como consejo en la recepción del hotel deberían de especificar que el desayuno a la llegada es a cambio de una venta y la condición es estar mas de 90 minutos los vendedores pésimo servicio y actitud. Deberían de mejorar en esa área se molestan si no les compras.

Great resort overall. Excellent service and staff. They work hard, all of them to please the guests . Ones that stood out for us were Marcos ( service desk) , Jessica ( buffet area) , Miguel ( lobby bar, best bartender ever!) Solomon ( infinity pool bar, Karla ( activities) . Please, add more seating to lobby, and maybe music and a welcome drink ( hint hint) Beach , pool and grounds are clean accessible and tidy.

Marco at activities was so helpful and kind went above and beyond checked on us everyday He helped us book for food and helped get chairs Miguel in restaurant was also very good and so friendly and a great server always took care of our group they both were awesome

Acxel and the rest of the people were friendly and wonderful. Ruby took 500 pesos from me and never returned it. She wanted me to do a 90 minute presentation. When refused she was not kind. I tried to find her knowing she was working and could not locate her. She knew my room number and did not try to return it. I have learned unfortunately not to trust her. Ruby that was not kind or welcoming for my first experience in Mexico. If ever coming to this resort again I will be tightfisted with my money for Ruby. It's a shame she was who I first met coming to this resort. Thankfully all the other people in the resort were overly kind and responsive to my needs. The room was wonderful and comfortable. The servers all over this resort were so giving. At the Asia restaurant they celebrated my birthday. They were so kind! Thank you for a great experience for my first visit to Mexico!

This is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at. It is so disgustingly dirty. The food is unedible. The workers are rude. The beach chairs are muddy and gross. This hotel has zero standards for hygiene, cleanliness, and hospitality. Once we leave the resort, I’ll edit this post with more specific details. If you are wondering, DO NOT BOOK! Also, you will not have any Wi-Fi. We had to call our carrier to get an international pass because this hotel does not have any workable Wi-Fi.
