Hier bleibt wirklich kein Wunsch unerfüllt! Das Hotel punktet, neben Lage und weitläufiger schöner und sehr gepflegter Anlage, mit seinen herzlichen und engagierten Mitarbeitenden. Überall ist Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit. Im Service bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Es gibt kurze angenehme Anfragen zu Animation und Abendprogramm sowie zum Spa. Ein Nein ist ebenfalls willkommen für die, die nur chillen wollen. Und das geht hervorragend auf der gesamten Anlage. Auch in den Gebäuden ist alles hell und freundlich. Lounges, Sitzgruppen und Liegen laden drinnen und draußen zum Verweilen ein. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand und wird regelmäßig gereinigt. WLAN funktioniert super. Geschäftlichen virtuellen Termin problemlos umgesetzt. Zu den Mahlzeiten findet sich immer und überall marokkanisch und international Leckeres. Es gibt super viel auszuprobieren. Alles ist frisch und top angerichtet. Gut gewürzt und zuweilen ausgefallen. Auch hier super Service. Obwohl wir am späten Vormittag ankamen gab es bereits unser Meerblickzimmer. Es ist grosszügig, mit allem ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die kleine Terrasse ist windgeschützt und sonnig, wenn der Wind gerade mal wieder bläst. Wer will kann beim lebhafte Abendprogramm mitmachen, oder einfach dabei sitzen und die Stimmung genießen. Die Shows sind wirklich gut und energiereich. Mein persönlicher Favorit, die Irish Night. Herzlichen Dank für die schöne entspannende Zeit hier & und für den super Service, die wir zum Glück noch ein wenig genießen dürfen. Nicht zu vergessen, am weitläufigen Sandstrand kann man den ca. 4 km Beachwalk genießen, oder (Wasser)Sport betreiben.

The hotel is immaculate and facilities wonderful. Indoor heated pool as well as multiple outdoor pools and "swim" up pools which are a lovely touch but are only ankle deep. Nice for sitting and reading a book ot sipping a cocktail whilst dipping your feet in. The restaurants have plenty to choose from from Italian dishes to fish and seafood with traditional morroccan dishes. Breakfast also has a huge array of food from omelette to waffles and fresh pancakes cooked breakfast or cereal fruit cheese and ham. Finally the Morroccan restaurant is a lovely experience a set menu with a variety of dishes and live traditional music and staff are also dressed and serve the traditional way. It is advisable to book 24 hours in advance but is included as the ultra all inclusive. The beach is accessible from the hotel and is the perfect place to watch the surfing or get involved! The hotel does feel in the middle of no where but we didn't mind that for 3 nights. I think I would get bored after a week. As an adults only hotel the entertainment (particularly evening) could be a little more "adulty" it felt like at times the entertainment staff were flogging a dead horse but they were amazing at what they did and always smiling happy friendly and enthusiastic. The spa prices were expensive so we didn't indulge. There is a mini bar in the room which is topped up everyday. There is towel service too. Plenty of sunbeds and a snack bar. The hotel is quite spread out so may not be ideal for those with mobility problems but it is flat and there is lifts. All In all a wonderful stay and a beautiful hotel

Najlepší hotel, v akom sme kedy boli! Personál je úplne úžasný, priateľský, ochotný a zdvorilý. našli sme tých najlepších priateľov, ktorí tam pracujú! Hotel je tak krásny, čistý a dobre postarané! Jedlo bolo v poriadku, ale to som len ja a môj partner, ktorí sme nároční jedáci, ale všetko to vyzeralo nádherne! Nočná zábava bola veľmi zábavná a personál sa postaral o to, aby čo najviac interagoval a zapojil sa s každým hosťom a určite ma dostal z mojej komfortnej zóny, ale aj tak som si užil každý okamih! 10000% sa vrátime!!
