Hotel Riu Palace Tikida Taghazout recenzie 

My expectations were met and exceeded at this hotel from check in to check out. I can't add any new things but wanted to make a point about the hotel in general. My point mainly applies to the food but is a general observation. To me it's like arguing that a perfume is horrible or nice, or a work of art is attractive or ugly. Everything is subjective and people are entitled to their opinions. Doesn't make them right or even fair. Everything I ate was lovely, piping hot and really lovely quality. Things can always be improved in every hotel or resort, I'm not after perfection but the food was beautiful and plentiful. Im a chef and present a cooking show for children, you have to go for crowd pleasers to do exactly that. If it was more spiced then some would moan, less variety concentrating on even higher quality... Some would moan. So what they do is perfect for the crowds. What could be improved is the entitled behaviour of some of the people taking advantage of the Moroccan hospitality. From angry people demanding a seat in the speciality restaurant (that they hadn't booked) to the grown women having a stand up row round the pool, to people angry that certain rules were insisted on (think kids not allowed in the adult only areas... Come on its really not hard) Some kindness, not necessarily tipping goes a long way. Talk to staff kindly and you will get that back. Had nothing but lovely interactions but maybe I apply the golden rule, whilst realising that I'm in someone else's country. Oh... Finally people mentioning flies. I don't know what you want to happen? A wrist band on the flies? Dress code for them barring entry? The grand expanse of the hotel and the outside eating areas will lead to flies as its on planet earth so here's an idea waft your hand to move them if you can spare the energy..
