16 anni fa questo resort era VALTUR ed era un gioiello, ora e' tutto cambiato: gestione francese, personale maleducato in sala ristorante che ti sparecchia piatti e bicchieri mentre stai mangiando e se ti lamenti ti dicono parolacce in arabo! Alla prenotazione su booking ho chiesto una camera al primo piano per questione di sicurezza e per poter aprire la finestra e al check in mi e' stato risposto che l' hotel era pieno senza affatto considerare la mia richiesta eppure pago 500 euro per 4 giorni! In più oggi mi hanno risposto su Google dicendo che al mio arrivo avrebbero ascoltato le mie richieste 😱😱😱 peccato che sono arrivata ieri! Musica da discoteca messa la mattina in piscina mentre gli ospiti agee cercano di rilassarsi e prendere un po' di sole sui lettini mentre un animatore li accanto urla per mezz'ora con un bambino che non lo ascolta.....mancano davvero le basi. Al massimo 2 stelle, la prossima volta scegliero' un hotel sulla spiaggia, alcuni costano addirittura meno di questo! E stasera sono andata in teatro per valutare l' animazione: il villaggio pieno e al massimo 20 spettatori seduti in platea ! Una vergogna! Su quel palco salivano animatori bellissimi e facevano musical e adesso fanno pieta'....

If you are not French don't bother. Bar staff and waiters made it bearable, other than that we would have checked out and found somewhere else. Room was clean enough, bed comfy, food repetitive some days all we had were crusty rolls and cheese as everything else not for us. Lived on the pizzas at lunch time. French guests were arrogant, ignorant and seemed to feel that it was there hotel. Never again.

All depends on what you want from your holiday? If you want to be surrounded by fellow drunks who consume the alcohol ( questionable) morning, day and night along with the bland food which is served in bun fight with other guests pushing you out the way to pile up their plates. If you answer yes to these go ahead you will love it. Otherwise stay clear of this place, the staff are sometimes pushy, defensive and aggressive very unlike the other Morrocan people we encountered. The hotel has a good situation to the beach although not so good is the nightclub next door which when their patrons pile out at 5-6 in the morning beeping their horns which is ideal on holiday. The only shining light is the lady who serves the omelettes in the morning which was lovely and the only decent meal of the day. I'd personally avoid the spirits and consume your duty free. Just to say we will be back to Morocco but not this hotel, maybe my expectations were too high.

Never book this hotel if you are English. They say its a 4☆ resort but it's actually more like a 2☆. Upon checking in a was greeted by the rude reception who where totally unhelpful. Despite me booking two separate apartments they refused and only gave me one. Due to the length of time it took to check in and complete all the paperwork the restaurant closed so we had no food. Asking the reception staff if they could arrange something ( all inclusive resort) they told me I would have to go to the local shop and pay. The room was dated, bed was comfortable and the room cleaned daily are the only plus points. Lights didn't work, infestation of ants on ground and first floor, windows that don't seal and let all the noise in. Configuration of the apartment meant the people sleeping downstairs in the make shift bedroom had to walk through the upstairs bedroom to use the bathroom. No communal area to sit down and only two chairs on the patio. TV and telephone to reception but the TV only has German and French stations and the telephone didn't work which reception knew all about but didn't care. Pools were supposed to be heated but freezing cold and was told both heaters had broken. Activities went on but all in French, signage all in French with very limited information in English. Certain activities are only open at set times. Food was edible just. Very bland and most nights was like a bun fight. Some nights didn't open until 7.45pm. Majority of waiter staff didn't want to help and seemed more interested in helping themselves and chatting to each other. Had to keep asking for spoons, and glasses. Like they thought I was going to steal them. Female manager behind the bar was very rude making comments to her colleagues. The snacks are only pancakes and chocolate bread but only served around 4.30pm for an hour. Nothing in between. The inclusive drinks are very limited with charges being applied for simple drinks. If you want to use the hotel beach towels make sure you track how much you pay as a deposit. It's definitely not disabled friendly with lots of steps no lifts and just a few attempts to fix this with a few ramps. Location isn't bad but if your apartment backs onto the main road expect lots of noise at stupid hours with shouting, cars revng and horns being used. Plenty of better resorts available locally
