Let's start with the rooms, service and location grades: First, from some reason my below stars grades aren't recorded correctly, so I'll have them here, manually (overriding the zeroes which shoe up later, and are incorrect): Rooms - 2 out of 5 Service - 5 out of 5 Location - 4 out of 5 I've chosen this place via Air Canada vacations, per its all-inclusive, and a very reasonable price. While the outside areas (see pictures) are taken very good care of, there is some room to improve, when it comes to the rooms. Personally, I encountered some faults. The good news, is that everything was looked into - and escalated if necessary - at a reasonable time. As for the location, there are a few resorts/hotels within the Varadero strip. There is a pool and access to a beach. It's OK to recharge and get some sun, leaving thr Canada snow behind for a week.

Visitamos el hotel por primera vez , y nos encanto la limpieza y los jardines bien cuidados.Todos son bien amables y dan un servicio con profesionalidad y esmero.Algunas cosas faltan y pudieran mejorar pero al final te sientes contento y pasas buenos momentos en este hotel

Llegamos con motivo de la celebración de nuestro cumpleaños y de seguro hicimos la mejor elección..Muy buen recibimiento y atenciones por nuestro cumple ,reservas en restaurante especiales y botella de champán por la ocasión..estoy muy agradecida y feliz de escoger roc Arenas Doradas .Nuestras fechas importantes también importan en este hotel.

Our stay is going very well so far. Beautiful resort ! Lots of vegetation and foliage is amazing. Lush in palm trees and guava trees. It’s amazing how many beautiful birds there are here. Marelys (at the reception) really made our trip. She put us in a beautiful room and we were really happy. The beach is a paradise! Lots of friendly staff and the coffee bar is the best. Very good coffee. Definitely returning here. The entertainment is great! Beautiful gardens:) our personal favourite aspect was the fact that the hotel rooms are in beautiful Spanish villa style. This is why we chose Roc Arenas Doradas. This is our second time here at this resort. Do visit, you will not be disappointed:)
