A truly relaxing experience. We stayed in the coral level which was very elegant and all the staff were so friendly. Our butler has been beyond helpful. One example of this was that we wanted to book an excursion, however by the time we got to the lobby, the rep had already left. The butler for the coral level took time out of his busy schedule to contact her and find out where she was, he then drove us to another resort to meet with her so we could book the excursion we had been wanting to do. I thought that this was top notch service. The country has difficulty importing some food items, but this did not reflect at the buffet or restaurants. I was very impressed with the level of creativity from the chefs, the food was always very tasty and fresh with a wide selection to choose from. The rooms are very clean and this is true for the grounds of the resort too, the housekeepers and gardeners work so hard to make sure of that, which adds to the elegance of this resort. If a relaxing getaway in paradise is what you seek, then look no further.

We are having a great time at Coral Esmeralda, excellent people, excellent accommodation and entertainment. All the staff is great especially Xavier, Dairon, Ariel and Pavel. This is the best resort overall in Cuba.

Encore un autre beau voyage à cet hôtel! Merci à Ariel pour sa grande disponibilité, Michaël (pour son service), Darron Enrick (qui nous a fait découvrir un excellent vin) et Lionel (qui fait les meilleurs martini). Merci à la femme de ménage du bloc 4. Elle s’est dévouée toute la semaine. Un service incroyable de toute l’équipe, les sourires des jardiniers et les nombreuses informations partagées durant notre séjour. Si vous aimez le calme (vous pouvez aller à l’hôtel Sélection à 2 minutes de marche pour plus d’action), les kilomètres de plage désertes pour la course et des gens incroyablement gentils, cet hôtel est le meilleur choix. Contrairement au Mexique, nous n’avons pas été malade. La nourriture est saine : ils et elles font de gros efforts pour nous permettre de bien manger. N’hésitez pas à apporter du matériel (ex. produits d’hygiène, petits outils, pour les enfants) et des vêtements.
